When the very onset of Bosch Limited's project saw heavy rains and marshy terrains, Prozeal Green's determination was undeterred. Navigating through intricate liaisoning processes and resolving land issues, the team completed a complex 132KV line project that passes through multiple lands, proving that no challenge is too big.

Bosch Limited

Solar Challenges, Met Head-On. Two Phases, Numerous Challenges, One Resolute Team.

Quick Facts:

  • Client: Bosch Limited (Developer: Hinduja Renewable One Pvt Ltd)
  • Location: Una, Himachal Pradesh
  • Project Size: 20 MWp
  • Status: Live

Execution:

The very day of this Project saw heavy rain at site which led to a total closure of the incoming roads. The terrain turned marshy given the soil conditions ad rainfall. Undettered, we at Prozeal hired tractors from JCB to reach the site! We kick started work on the very first day with mobilization of manpower, machineries and site engineers as committed to our client,

We also faced difficulties in Liasoning as a part of the project. Given the scale of this project – 20MW(DC) with 132 KV line – there are long processes approvals from sub-divisions, circles, HO’s and incidentally, all these offices are located at different locations.

Our Liasoning team worked round the clock to take all necessary approvals to start work in MSEDCL substation premises.

Post commencement, the team faced many ROW issues for land and road but no challenge could stop us.

Outcome:

132KV line extended over 4 KMs and it passed through land parcels of over 32 farmers.  Our team worked with the farmers to safeguard their crops, resolved the ROW issues and worked tirelessly to clearance from all stakeholders to complete the line work execution before deadline. Generally the HT line work is completed as the last step solar projects but our team was able to plan the project and execute strategically, identifying the bottlenecks that would have otherwise massively delayed the project.
